Duties & Responsibilities:

The Planning Commission reviews and makes recommendations to Town Council regarding all proposed development plans.  They also recommend revisions to the Land Use and Development Code (LUDC) and are responsible for the periodic update of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, as required by the State Department of Community Affairs.  Their powers and duties can be found in Section 3.4.3 of the LUDC.
