The Assistant Town Manager/Deputy Clerk serves as the Town Clerk, Human Resource Director, Risk Management Coordinator, Contracts Administrator, and Acting Town Manager in Manager’s absence. The Assistant Town Manager also manages the Divisions of Finance and Utility Billing within the Administrative Services Department.
