	The mission of the Planning and Development Department is to provide courteous and professional assistance to the public and citizens of Ponce Inlet in a cost-effective manner, being responsive to the policy direction from the Town Council and in conformance with Federal and State regulations and the Town of Ponce Inlet's Vision and Comprehensive Plan. The Planning and Development Department is comprised of four divisions: Building, Planning and Zoning, Public Works, and Code Enforcement. Together we are committed to promoting and protecting the quality of life and the Town's environment and its unique character.
