PonceInletFL - Communications

The Communications Center operates 24 hours a day and employs 1 full-time Administrative Supervisor and 5 full-time Communications Officers. We provide the Community personalized service by Communications Officers that service only the citizens of Ponce Inlet. The Center is known as the “Hub of the Department”. Communications Officers process a range of requests, from providing basic information to life-threatening situations, the position is unique with its demand for both professionalism and efficiency to process calls for service with the public’s utmost safety in mind.
