	All businesses located in the Town of Ponce Inlet are required by Florida Statutes Chapter 205 and Chapter 22 of the Town's Code of Ordinances and to apply for a Business Tax Receipt on an annual basis. The following forms, which can be filled out electronically for printing, should be submitted no later than October 1st of each year to avoid penalites.
