Mayor Goudie presented awards of recognition to both Jim and Mary Lou Hinson on Thursday, December 17, at the Council meeting. Jim Hinson was the parade chairman for the first ever Christmas parade. Mary Lou Hinson was recognized for her service to Citizens of Ponce Inlet and for editing and publishing the quarterly newsletter for 6 years.
