This year's Shellebration will bring together friends both old and new virtually.
Participants will choose to decorate a wooden picture frame or a wooden chest with shells and whatever else inspires them. Virtually chat and share your shell stories as we decorate these creative keepsakes.
The event is free, but you must register by emailing Museum Educator Emily Kovacs at firstname.lastname@example.org. When registering, include which kit you would like. Numbers are limited.
The kits will be available for pickup at the Ponce Inlet Historical Museum located at 143 Beach St. Ponce Inlet, FL on November 12th and 13th, from 10 am to 2 pm.
- Either one (1) wooden picture frame or one (1) wooden chest
- Assortment of shells to decorate
Participants are encouraged to use their own glue, paints and any other items they think would make their keepsake unique! If glue is needed, please mention to Emily in the sign up email.
