Starting at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, February 20th, 2019, all customer information service and payment services will become unavailable. Please Note: Our format for paying Utility Bills online has changed. After you click on the link to pay your Utility Bill, you will be asked to set up Login Name and Password.
Your login name will be your email address and your password will be one that you create.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Utility Billing and Customer Service program administers the Town's integrated utility billing and customer information system. This includes monthly meter reading, billing and collection and customer service support.
