Utility Rates

Water Rates Per Month

• First 2,000 gallons (or less): $20.00 per month (minimum bill)
• Each additional 1,000 gallons: $7.00 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer Rates Effective October 1, 2015

• Single Family and Multi-Family - Minimum monthly charge - $14.63 for each home/unit
• 0 - 12,000 gallons - $5.44 per thousand gallons
• Usage over 12,000 will not be billed for single-family homes.
• If applicable, a sewer availability charge for any non-connected will be billed $14.63/month
• Commercial - Minimum monthly charge will be determined by meter size, plus usage billed at $5.44 per thousand gallons.
• A copy of the resolution showing the commercial meter size table is available at town hall.
